Where'd the Mexicans go?

So today is the "Day Without Immigrants". I had to work at my restaurant job for them. And, well, it was fine. No hassles. The weird thing to me is that they are urging them to stay home from school. What is the point of that? Boy, that will show us insensitive gringos. It will show us how tough it will be to teach non-crowded class rooms. It'll show those teachers how tough it is to not have to repeat lessons in Spanish. I have no problem with immigrants. My Grandfather was an immigrant. What I have a problem with is illegal immigrants. And I have an even bigger problem with the people who employ them.
